What does DAM stand for? Don’t Ask Me! Founded in 2016, DAM Model Management is a London based model agency who specialise in model management but also act a mother agent. DAM is run by a small team of bookers who collectively have experience as models, in casting, and creative direction. DAM have a database of over 300 models. We also do the following:
